Nature of Services

All services are provided as professional coaching, not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care or crisis services.

While Brainspotting-informed techniques may be used to support nervous system regulation, insight, and forward movement, services are offered within a coaching scope only.

Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. No specific results or guarantees are promised or implied.

Scheduling, Payment, and Policies

Payment is required in advance of services. By scheduling a session, you agree to the posted Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Dispute Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Confidentiality

Information shared in coaching is treated with professional respect and discretion. However, coaching does not provide the same legal confidentiality protections as psychotherapy and is not subject to HIPAA.

Termination of Services

Morgan Ellsworth Coaching and Wellness reserves the right to pause or terminate services if coaching boundaries are violated, scope is exceeded, or continued services are not clinically or ethically appropriate.

Disputes

Clients agree to contact Morgan Ellsworth Coaching and Wellness LLC directly to seek resolution of concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or formal dispute.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
