Refund & Dispute Policy

All coaching services provided through Morgan Ellsworth Coaching and Wellness are offered as professional coaching, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Refunds

  • Single sessions: Payment is non-refundable once a session has occurred.

  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions or late cancellations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.

  • Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Relationship & Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process. While Brainspotting-informed techniques may be used to support nervous system regulation and insight, results are not guaranteed, and clients remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your coaching services, you agree to contact Morgan Ellsworth Coaching and Wellness directly to seek resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services. Documentation may be provided to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching sessions are reserved specifically for you. To support consistency, fairness, and professional boundaries, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

Cancellations must be made via the scheduling platform or direct communication.

Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the coach.

This policy allows for respectful use of time and supports a stable, contained coaching environment for all clients. By scheduling a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.
